Dino Dig

As an extension of our rock unit, we studied a little bit about fossils. We learned that a vast majority of fossils are found in sedimentary rocks. For a little bit of science fun, I brought one of my son's dino digs from home. (He is a budding paleontologist.) The kids each had a turn at the dig. They had so much fun!
